Hailing from a humble background from Gorakhpur, he completed his Japanese (Hons.) degree from JNU, he chose the Army as his calling and thoroughly appreciated the rigorous training and tough war conditions. Post this, he embarked on a corporate journey in Leadership roles for 8-9 years. After this stint, he took up an entrepreneurial plunge by running a company Apache, which runs into IFM and HSE. Throughout his journey he has been bestowed with many accolades, from the first runner-up in Khatron Ke Khiladi to hosting the D3 Commando Force Show, he has guided the youth with his TED talks.

Renuka Kirpalani is one of the biggest known faces and pioneers in the Indian Automotive world. National Champion in 1994, she holds the record for being the fastest Indian female driver in the world. She was the Host and Editor of the award-winning auto show on CNBC TV18 and went on to be the Executive Editor of AutoCar India’s Video Department and also instrumental in AutoCar India’s YouTube channel amassing 2M+ followers. Media consultant by profession, she has also featured in Tedx events and is a living embodiment of the new-age modern women.

Ayesha Siddiqa, a dedicated educator by profession, also serves as a Project Coordinator at the American India Foundation Trust. Alongside her teaching responsibilities, she runs a thriving junior college class from her home. With a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Ayesha’s affection for learning extends to acquiring diverse skills, making her a true lifelong learner. Her strong aptitude for management and leadership further distinguishes her in the realm of education and beyond.

Workspace design leader with over 14 years of experience focused on corporate real estate. She advocates ESG and neurodiversity at workspace. She is an architect from Sir J.J. college of Architecture and SPJIMR alumna from PGPM 21 batch. In personal life, she is mother of a 6 year old girl Shrisha and wife of SPJIMR alumnus Somkant Thakur. She actively volunteers for socio-spiritual organization ‘Jeevanvidya Mission’ to spread the message -‘ You are Architect of your own destiny’

Tanvi is a teacher by heart and has chosen to be a faculty in the area of HRM, Organisational Behavior, and Leadership at SPJIMR. She has a PhD in workplace incivility and is fascinated with the study of the dark side of organisational behaviour. She loves to read, visit interesting places, and have stimulating conversations.

Murali Krishna is a second-year PGDM Finance student at SPJIMR. A graduate of NIT Trichy, he is the first engineer/MBA in a family full of doctors. He loves being in the company of people; however, he also relishes occasional spells of solitude, engrossed in singing, movies and gaming. Having received formal training in classical music, Murali is proficient in Eastern Vocals.
