PGMPW enables participants to upskill themselves with a generalist orientation and functional focus. The programme begins with three months of the Onboarding Online learning Module (OOM). The curriculum includes general management courses across all functional domains, courses in areas of concentration and specially curated immersive experiences for holistic development and experiential learning. PGMPW’s Personal Leadership Development Programme (PLDP) provides a range of courses to make participants industry ready and facilitate their reintegration into the corporate world. PLDP includes industry expert mentoring;  personalised coaching by ICF-certified coaches; leadership lab and lecture series; a 5-week corporate internship; social immersion amongst other experiential learning courses.

Programme Architecture
  • Semester 1

    • Phase 1: Three month Onboarding Online learning module (OOM) to orient participants to a rigorous management programme and instil habits to appreciate new learnings.
    • Phase 2: Consists of three general management phases which give an understanding of business fundamentals, functional areas & advanced management concepts.
  • Semester 2

    • Phase 3: Offers courses across functional areas to help participants develop a holistic perspective of business and yet have deeper understanding of domains. Participants are mandated to complete a corporate internship of 5 weeks and a 2-day social immersion module.
    • Phase 4: Offers advanced integrated management courses which give business perspective and are oriented towards building life-long employability skills.
