SPJIMR felicitated by Association of MBAs (AMBA)

SPJIMR was honoured by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) for its decade-long commitment to maintaining the prestigious AMBA accreditation. AMBA is globally recognised to be the gold standard in quality management education. The recognition was formally bestowed upon the institution during the AMBA-BGA Asia Pacific Conference 2023 held in Bangkok recently. The three-day conference, held from the 15th to the 17th of November and co-hosted by Thammasat Business School, brought together more than a hundred participants across Asia. The conference themes highlighted digitalisation and AI, lifelong learning, sustainability, and other relevant topics in business schools in the Asia Pacific area.
SPJIMR Director of Accreditations & Rankings, Prof. Anupama Gupta, accepted the certificate of recognition and delivered the keynote address. She emphasised the critical role of purposeful business schools in fostering deep engagement and societal impact. The event not only celebrated SPJIMR’s enduring dedication to meeting AMBA’s rigorous accreditation standards but also highlighted the institute’s broader commitment to excellence in business education.
