D. M. Damle is a practising Chartered Accountant with experience of more than 4 decades in audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance. He has also done a master’s in Law (LLM) from Mumbai University and a Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With a strong background in finance, law and taxation, Mr. Damle brings practical knowledge and experience to the classroom.

Throughout his career, Mr. Damle has worked with various clients across industries, providing advisory services on financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

As a thought leader in his field, Mr. Damle has published articles on Accounting and Taxation in professional journals and has authored a reference book on Income Tax.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Damle has a long-standing association with academia. He has been a visiting faculty member at several prestigious institutions, such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), S.P. Jain Institute of Management (SPJIMR), Sydenham Institute of Management (SIMSREE), and Great Lakes Institute of Management, covering subjects such as Financial accounting, Cost and Management accounting, Legal Aspects and Taxation.

Mr. Damle shares his industry experience and knowledge with students to help them understand the practical applications of finance, accounting, and legal concepts. His teaching approach focuses on connecting theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.
