11-month Full-Time General Management Programme
The programme aims to impart relevant Knowledge, Skills and Attitude which can enable participants to upskill themselves with generalist orientation and functional focus and return to their professional careers after a break.
Mentoring by industry experts run throughout the duration of the programme.
Personalized coaching by ICF certified coaches throughout the duration of the programme.
Student Journey
On-line On-boarding Module (OOM)
3-months onboarding online learning module (OOM) to orient participants to a rigorous management programme and instill habits to appreciate new learning.
Consisting of three general management phases which give an understanding of business fundamentals, functional areas & advanced management concepts.
- Offers courses across functional areas to help participants develop a holistic perspective of business and yet have deeper understanding of domains.
- Students are offered four electives in the concentration area.
- Students are mandated to complete a corporate internship of 5 weeks & 2-day social immersion programme.
- They participate in 6-day global immersion program at University of St. Gallen Switzerland.
Offers advanced integrated management courses which give business perspective and are oriented towards building life-long employability skills.

Personal Leadership Development Programme (PLDP)
Consisting of:
1. Industry Integration and Mentoring
Each participant in the programme is assigned an industry mentor throughout the programme duration which helps them develop the right attitude, networks and be better prepared to join back in the corporate work-force.

2. Coaching
Participants are assigned a professional coach (ICF certified) who supports and enhances the individual development of the participant through personal coaching sessions. This initiative aims at helping women reintegrate to a corporate life and develop them as well-balanced future women leaders.

3. International Immersion
Global exposure through 6-day immersion programme at the University of St. Gallen, Zurich, Switzerland.
Student would attend leadership courses offered by world-renowned professors, visit local & multinational corporations, network with business leaders and attend community events.

4. Leadership Lab
The leadership lab provides an opportunity to reflect on innate strengths and weakness, internal constraints, leadership potential and future directions for a richer, more fulfilling and meaningful professional and personal life. The lab helps to foster trust and authenticity, while helping students build and execute a self-vision and develop a leadership style aligned to one’s own values and personality.

5. Gender and Organisation
The programme aims to build awareness and facilitate insights regarding the origins, propagation and effects of processes such as biases, harassment and inclusion in work organisations (particularly in the Indian context), as well as the potential benefits and complexities of achieving diversity and inclusion in organisations.

6. Leadership Lecture Series
Leaders from corporates and other walks of life are invited to share their personal journeys and share their experiences to understand various leadership styles and life lessons. This not only inspires our students but helps them develop their leadership style grounded in their own values and beliefs.

7. Social Sensitivity and Attitude Building
7a. Social Immersion
In line with SPJIMR’s values of social sensitivity and collaboration, students are taken for a 2-day social immersion camp to a social entrepreneurship centre or an institution that works for the welfare of under-privileged sections of society. Besides sensitising the participants, social immersion also helps them appreciate the importance and role of management principles in an unstructured environment

7b. Science of Spirituality (SoS)
In keeping with the mission to promote value based growth, the School persistently explores ways to design and refine a curriculum aimed at fostering spiritual quotient in managerial decision-making. More recently, SPJIMR has blended the various experiments across programmes into a formal approach referred to as the Science of Spirituality (SoS) . This course aims to blend the paradigm of competitiveness at one extreme with that of selfless service at the other.

8. Corporate Internship Programme (CIP)
At the end of the specialization phase, students of PGMPW intern with leading corporates in their functional area for a duration of five weeks. The internship project is guided by faculty and industry mentors. Internship provides students with an opportunity to gain practical insights and apply the knowledge and skills imbibed during the duration of the course. It also provides students an opportunity to expand their network.
