Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in Development Management (PGPDM) stands out as a unique and comprehensive course designed for professionals working in or aspiring to work for the social sector. With the growing emphasis on sustainable development and the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, the PGPDM programme plays a vital role in nurturing leaders in the sustainability, NGO and CSR segments. The 2024-25 academic batch is scheduled to commence in February 2024.

SPJIMR’s PGPDM is a 12-month modular Programme thoughtfully designed to cater to professionals already engaged in or intending to work for the social sector. This includes individuals associated with NGOs, foundations, CSR functions of corporate for-profit organizations, social policy or welfare departments of governments, and social enterprises specialising in development management.

Since its inception in 2011, the PGPDM has evolved significantly to meet the changing needs of the development sector. In light of the recent impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on society, the programme has been redesigned with a stronger emphasis on wise innovation and change management for sustainable development.
