SPJIMR welcomes PGEMP Batch 94

SPJIMR inaugurated Batch 94 of PGEMP on Novemeber 6, 2023. The cohort has 57 participants from diverse industries representing leading corporates including Schneider Electric, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Thermax Ltd. amongst others.
Prof. Preeta George, Associate Dean, Executive Education, shared Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s philosophy and SPJIMR’s mission. She advised the participants to stay calm in any situation and thoughtfully decide before reacting or responding. These decisions will impact not only their business but also the larger society and their personal lives. PGEMP Chairperson Prof. Anshul Verma, urged the participants to keep an open mind and learn from each other’s vast and diverse experiences.
The chief guest, Mr. Shankar Krishnan, Group Head (Strategy, Human Resources, Information Technology and Corporate Communications), Shapoorji Pallonji Group, motivated the participants to capitalise on this privileged opportunity to be a part of this programme. He shared insights on prioritising activities, coming out of own comfort zone, building a network of relationships and paying attention to soft skills, in order to be successful.
