SPJIMR welcomed the second cohort of the Graduate Certificate Programme in Entrepreneurship (GCPE) on December 17, 2023. This cohort brought together a group of talented young individuals motivated to develop their own informed path for entrepreneurial success. The programme, conducted in hybrid mode over weekends, engaged with 19 aspiring entrepreneurs from diverse regions across India.

The day began with engaging icebreaker sessions led by Mr. Sourav Mukherjee, the Founder of Seventeen Events Pvt Ltd. The icebreaker session was followed by SPJIMR CFBE Prof. Tulsi Jayakumar’s highly anticipated and interactive session on Understanding the Entrepreneurial Mindset, setting the stage for discussions centred around entrepreneurship.

During the weekend, the cohort immersed in curated sessions including Entrepreneur Talks delivered by Mr. Hardik Waghela, Co-Founder of Musiclub followed by Technology Enabled Startup Ideas by Mr. Saketh Bhagavatula, Co Founder of Liminal Tech Pvt Ltd. The day concluded with sessions led by Mr. Himanshu Chanda, Founder & Director of Project Heena, covering topics such as identifying ideas and opportunities, evaluating market potential and an introduction, to the Business Model Canvas (BMC).

As the GCPE cohort embarks on its transformative journey, we are committed to making this a holistic experience for each participant. GCPE aims to promote growth by developing knowledge, skills and attitudes while nurturing enduring connections and a supportive network.
For those aspiring to join the next cohort of budding entrepreneurs, admissions are now open for the upcoming GCPE batch scheduled to commence in May/June 2024.
