The latest edition of SPJIMR DoCC’s Ehsaas: The NGO Mela was held online this past weekend on January 30th and 31st. 28 SHGs and NGOs participated in the first-ever online mela using Zoom as their platform. Sellers and customers from different parts of India joined in.
Ehsaas, the annual flagship event of SPJIMR’s Centre for Development of Corporate Citizenship (C-DoCC), sees several NGOs and self-help groups exhibiting their products ranging from jams and pickles, chocolates, jewellery, to sarees, kurtis, home linen and more. The event stands for celebrating the spirit of economic self-sufficiency achieved through the perseverance of artisans, SHGs, and NGOs who bring a positive change in society.
