SPJIMR is following all the protocols intimated by the Maharashtra government to ensure the safety of its students, faculty and staff in its Mumbai campus, in light of the outbreak of the global pandemic, COVID-19. The institute has initiated a number of measures to contain the spread of the virus and to keep our community safe.
With the intent to put the health and safety of our employees first, the students are attending online classes from the safety of the homes. The faculty and staff supporting our various programs have been adequately trained to efficiently deliver online classes and to facilitate smooth remote working.
Furthermore, all institute events in the period have been cancelled and the annual convocation to be held in April stands postponed.
These steps have been taken keeping in mind the larger goal for our entire community to remain healthy and reduce/minimize the impact on longer term student outcomes and timelines.
