PGEMP Batch 93 inaugurated

SPJIMR inaugurated Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) Batch 93 on September 4, 2023. The cohort includes participants from partner organisations such as Schneider Electric, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Larsen & Toubro, India Medtronic Pvt. Ltd., Indian Army, GMM Pfaudler, Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd., Cummins India Ltd., and Sahajanand Medical Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The average work experience of Batch 93 is 14 years.
Chief guest, Mr. Himanshu Kapila, HR Director, India Medtronic, inspired the participants to be focused for elevated learning experience and shared his guiding principle of ‘Let your learning drive your grades and not your grades drive your learning.’
Prof. Preeta George, Associate Dean, Executive Education, emphasised on the philosophy of ‘Ubuntu’ and encouraged the participants to interact with each other and learn from their vast experiences to bring their best selves.
Prof. Anshul Verma, Chairperson, PGEMP, encouraged the participants to be motivated and master what they do, be credible and collaborate responsibly with each other in order to excel, expand and elevate their horizons.
Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular programme that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It helps high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience pursue formal management education without taking a career break. PGEMP is recognised for addressing the industry need to develop managerial competencies and create a robust leadership pipeline for the organisation.
