Mock Career Fair for PGDM & PGDM (BM)

SPJIMR organised Mock Career Fair for PGDM/BM (2022-24) participants of the ‘Navigating Careers-Now and in the Future’ course within the HR Minor specialisation. The experiential Mock Career Fair was conducted by nine of our distinguished alumni from diverse sectors, including Investment Banking, FMCG, Consulting, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Management. They shared invaluable industry relevant insights on career portfolio development, achieving work-life harmony, selecting mentors early, and strategic career decision-making. Prof. Bindu Kulkarni and Alumni Relations Office played an instrumental role in facilitating this session.
‘Navigating Careers-Now and in the Future’ course delves into current topics like networking nuances, the shift from career ladders to lattices, fostering career resilience, the influence of cultural dynamics on career choices, and harnessing AI for career advancement. The course is facilitated by Prof. Amit Jain, Prof. Tanvi Mankodi, and Prof. Snehal Shah.
We thank all the alumni who generously dedicated their time and enabled our participants to learn from this hands-on experience.
