Ashneet Kaur

Assistant Professor, Organisation & Leadership Studies

Ashneet Kaur specialises in the integration of entrepreneurship and human resource management domain. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and her Master of Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics. Prior to joining the Ph.D. programme at IIM Ahmedabad, she worked for three years in the industry with Deloitte USI and McKinsey & Company. She has been a guest faculty at Delhi University and visiting faculty at Masters Union School of Business. She has also been the founder/co-founder of a couple of start-ups in the digital space.

Her research interests range from new venture human resource management, sustainable organisational systems and ethical considerations under technological advancements. She has consistently received acceptance for many prestigious international and national conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM), European Group of Organizational Studies (EGOS), Babson College of Entrepreneurship Research Conference (BCERC), European Academy of Management (EURAM), International HRM (IHRM), International Conference on Green HRM and Sustainable Behaviour, NASPAA South Asia Conference and Indian Academy of Management (INDAM). She has also been actively writing case studies and consulting for large PSUs and private firms.
