Download Brochure Organisations worldwide are intensifying their ESG focus, with 85% of global leaders planning to increase ESG investments and expecting returns within three years. Yet a significant leadership gap persists, as many executives are assigned ESG responsibilities without formal training. This 3-day, case-driven programme bridges that gap by equipping leaders with the skills to move beyond compliance and drive measurable business impact.
The programme aims to equip leaders with the knowledge and tools to integrate ESG into core business strategy, comply with evolving regulations, and strengthen governance and disclosures. It helps participants identify material ESG risks and opportunities, improve ratings credibility, and link ESG performance to investor confidence and capital access. The programme also focuses on enabling net-zero planning, circular economy practices, sustainable finance, and resilient supply chains, while leveraging green technologies to create practical, enterprise-wide execution roadmaps.
