We are delighted to share that PGDM participants Dev Khemani and Sanidhy Raghuwanshi emerged as national winners at ANVESH 2025, India’s premier manufacturing quiz organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Competing against over 90 teams from leading academic institutions and industry organisations across the country, the duo demonstrated exceptional manufacturing knowledge, analytical rigour, and teamwork to secure the top position at the national finals held in Mumbai on 18 December 2025. They were awarded a cash prize of ₹1,00,000.

SPJIMR fielded four teams from the PGDM and PGPM cohorts, reflecting the institute’s strong academic engagement in operations and supply chain management. The organisers also extended complimentary participation to two teams, enabling wider student representation at this prestigious national platform. This achievement underscores SPJIMR’s emphasis on experiential learning and industry engagement. Support from the Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM) Club played a key role in encouraging student participation and facilitating exposure to such competitive forums.

Reflecting on the win, Dev noted that the semi-finals tested their patience on the buzzer, while the finals tested their belief. Starting at –50, a streak of seven correct answers turned the game around. The decisive breakthrough came during the Lateral Thinking round, which restored their confidence and sealed the win. Sanidhy highlighted the role of continuous preparation, sharing that regular practice through the SPJIMR Quiz Club – Trivialogy, along with classroom discussions and case-based learning across subjects, helped broaden their perspective and sharpen their thinking. He added that this first national-level quiz victory was especially rewarding as it marked the culmination of sustained effort and teamwork.
