SPJIMR Associate Dean Prof. Snehal Shah, addressed 35 HR leaders, presenting a brief overview and key learnings from the Strategic HR Leadership Journey (SHRLJ) case study at National HRD Network (NHRDN) Mumbai’s eighth edition of SHRLJ. The case study co-authored with SPJIMR’s Prof. Sumita Dutta and Faculty Associate (Research) Rachna Wadhwa has been accepted by Ivey Publishing.

Prof. Snehal Shah is an Executive Committee Member of National HRD Network (NHRDN) Mumbai and has played a key role in the design of their flagship initiative Strategic HR Leadership Journey (SHRLJ). The initiative is part of National HRD Network’s commitment to deliver a “world-class learning journey” for future HR leaders. This transformative initiative, focusing on “Build, Absorb, Network & Experience,” facilitates multidisciplinary learning and exposure to new-age skills.
