The PRME Chapter India Faculty Excellence Awards took place at SPJIMR Mumbai on the evening of 5 December 2024, alongside the PRME India Chapter Meet 2024. The awards celebrated exceptional contributions to sustainability, ethics, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across teaching, research, and engagement.
The organisers conferred awards in three categories: Innovative Curriculum, Engagement and Impact, and Research Excellence. Winners in each category received global recognition and cash prizes of up to $250 to support further development and implementation of their projects. The event witnesses an enthusiastic response, with 53 applications submitted from 25 institutions across the country.
The PRME Chapter India Faculty Excellence Awards not only celebrated academic brilliance but also highlighted the commitment of educators and institutions towards driving impactful, sustainable development initiatives.
Innovative Curriculum Award

Research Excellence Award

Winner – Saravana Jaikumar from IIM Calcutta
