PGDM Online curriculum and programme structure

The PGDM Online programme curriculum is customised to help working professionals achieve their career goals, including transitioning to a leadership position or changing domains and sectors. This online Master’s-level programme curriculum is curated to suit the industry’s requirements with courses designed by our experienced faculty in consultation with industry experts. It enables participants to develop an overview of functional areas and excel in business decision-making for cross-functional impact.

To make participants industry-ready, the online PGDM programme design includes experiential learning with curated immersive experiences, three campus immersions, and application-oriented live projects. Participants will have the opportunity to experience regular interactions with entrepreneurs and leaders from the industry under the mentorship program. The heterogeneous peer group will also help in building competencies such as problem-solving, leadership and communication, accountability, and social sensitivity.

The teaching pedagogy includes live sessions by SPJIMR core faculty and visiting faculty, pre-recorded videos explaining the basics, case analysis and discussions, simulations, tutorials, and peer learning through group work sessions.
