Congratulations to our new Student Council (SCON)

SPJIMR is proud to announce the formation of its new Student Council (SCON) for the academic year 2025–26. In a historic first, the Council represents both PGDM and PGPM programmes under one unified body, reflecting a stronger spirit of cross-cohort collaboration.

This year also marks a significant milestone: the Council and the incoming PGDM batch now share a common summer internship cycle. This aligned academic calendar allows for greater synergy, enabling deeper engagement and continuity in student-led initiatives throughout the year. Elected through a fair and transparent process, the Council comprises dedicated student leaders entrusted with key portfolios, including culture, sports, health and infrastructure, and professional development. Each member brings with them a commitment to SPJIMR’s values and a drive to shape campus life meaningfully.

SCON 2025–26 will work closely with SPJIMR Dean Varun Nagaraj, whose continued mentorship has been instrumental in empowering student leadership. The Investiture Ceremony for the 2025–26 Council was held in March 2025, signifying a fresh start as returning students resume campus life post their summer internships.
