SPJIMR’s cultural clubs bring energy and excitement to campus life. They provide inclusive spaces where students can explore artistic interests, collaborate across programmes, and engage in collective experiences that strengthen campus culture. These clubs often collaborate and share the common goal of making every student’s journey vibrant, memorable, and fun. Open to all students who wish to learn, experiment, and participate, individuals may join up to three cultural clubs.
GASP
The Guild of Actors at SPJIMR (GASP) is a student-driven initiative that enables them to express and manage their creativity through theatre productions. The club handles everything, from scripting and acting to direction and backstage production work. Students have the opportunity to craft compelling stories, experiment with stagecraft, and present high-energy performances to the SPJIMR community.
EOD Talks
EOD Talks manages all podcast-driven storytelling at SPJIMR. The club produces episodes for aspirants, covers campus life, and hosts conversations with students and faculty. Members learn audio production, interviewing, and narration while contributing to content that informs, guides, and connects the larger SPJIMR audience.
Trivialogy
Trivialogy leads quizzing culture on campus. The club hosts Trivia Nights, conducts quizzes at events like Div Wars and OJAS, and collaborates with other clubs for themed competitions. It brings curious minds together and builds an environment where quick thinking, teamwork, and knowledge turn into fun community experiences.
B Major
B Major brings together musicians across genres and manages SPJIMR’s live musical presence. The club hosts karaoke nights, stage performances, and the flagship cultural event, Sargam. It gives vocalists and instrumentalists opportunities to perform, collaborate, and share their music with the student community throughout the year.
SPectacular
SPectacular celebrates cinema through screenings, discussions, and review sessions. The club creates spaces for movie lovers to explore film craft, storytelling styles, and visual expression. Whether hosting a relaxed screening or analysing a classic, SPectacular keeps a strong film culture alive on campus.
SPin
SPin brings dance to the centre of campus life. The club organises workshops, themed evenings, and social events like prom nights. It gives dancers of all styles a platform to practise, perform, and engage with movement as a way of expression, energy, and celebration.
SPelled Ink
SPelled Ink promotes literary expression at SPJIMR. The club curates the campus literary magazine, hosts writing contests, and introduces creative formats such as blackout poetry. It encourages students to explore ideas through writing and gives them a thoughtful space to engage with language and imagination.
Tasveer
Tasveer captures SPJIMR’s moments through photography and creative visual storytelling. The club documents events, curates photo walls, and helps preserve campus memories in striking images. Tasveer gives students a platform to practise creative skills, build visual stories, and contribute to the cultural record of the institute.
