Mukesh Kripalani

Associate Professor

Operations, Supply Chain Management and Quantitative Methods

Mukesh is a full-time faculty member in the Operations and Supply Chain Management area at SPJIMR. He has over 25 years of industry experience in various companies like Asian Paints, Schindler, Marico Limited, and Parekhplast Packaging. He has worked in leadership positions across the areas of business operations, supply chain, digital transformation and IT, finance and M&A in emerging markets of Asia & Africa, in his various industry stints. He was the CEO of Parekhplast before joining academics.

He has been a member of the IMC Digital Committee, the CII TCM National Committee, and an independent director in a nutraceutical company. He has won awards like the Distinguished Alumni Award at IIM-Mumbai (2023), the Mint-SAP Digitalist award (2017) and the Finthinker award (2013) from the CFO Institute.

He completed his graduation in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University (SPCE), his post-graduation from NITIE Mumbai (now called IIM Mumbai), and a doctorate from IIM-Indore.
