NACRA is one of the world’s leading organisations advancing the case method in business education. Its annual conference brings together global scholars, educators, and researchers, and its Best Ethics Case Award is among the most coveted recognitions in the field.

The award-winning case, titled ‘Balancing gender equality and reality – JCB India, at the crossroads’, was recognised for its insightful exploration of the ethical challenges surrounding gender equality in the workplace.

The case, presented in the HRM track, was evaluated by a distinguished panel that included Karen Boroff and Janis Gogan, both Editorial Board Members of the Case Research Journal (CRJ) and NACRA Fellows. The recognition highlights the case’s academic rigour and its contribution to advancing ethical discourse in human resource management.
