SPJIMR is pleased to share that Renuka Kamath, Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean, Full-time Programmes at SPJIMR has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited (SAMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Limited (SFL).

SFL is among India’s oldest and most respected non-banking financial companies, with a legacy built on trust, integrity, and customer-centric values. Prof. Kamath’s appointment is for two consecutive terms of five years each.

Speaking on her appointment, Prof. Kamath said: “I am honoured to join the Board of Sundaram Asset Management Company Limited. It is a privilege to be part of an organisation with such a rich legacy under the Sundaram Finance umbrella. In my role, I hope to contribute to the Company’s vision by drawing on my experience in the corporate sector and as a business educator, specialising in marketing and strategy.
