Family Business and Entrepreneurship Research Presentation Series with Dr. Allan Discua Cruz

The SPJIMR Centre for Family Business and Entrepreneurship (CFBE) recently hosted the eighth session of its Research Presentation Series, featuring Dr. Allan Discua Cruz, Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Director of the Centre for Family Business at Lancaster University Management School, UK.

The presentation, titled ‘Family Business & Religion’, delved into the intersection of faith and enterprise within family business contexts. Drawing from his extensive research, Dr. Discua Cruz explored how religious beliefs and values influence entrepreneurial behaviour, succession planning, and decision-making in family firms.
