Ajinkya Navare

Assistant Professor, Organisation and Leadership Studies

Ajinkya Navare holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a research focus on workplace spirituality and positive psychology. He began his academic career in 2012 and has since engaged in research and teaching with several leading management institutions across India.

His scholarly interests centre on Karma Yoga, workplace spirituality, and positive psychology. He has contributed to journals, books, and conferences, earning recognition for the quality and impact of his work.

Prof. Navare has received the ‘Best Paper Award’ from both INDAM and IISc, and the ‘Most Cited Paper Award’ from Wiley.
