SPJIMR partners with FeedCheck for access to customer review management

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) has partnered with FeedCheck, a SaaS company specialising in customer review management services. FeedCheck provides product review monitoring and online reputation management. Their review monitoring software manages and analyses tens of millions of customer reviews for clients worldwide.
FeedCheck provides both qualitative and quantitative analysis tools, including review gathering and filtering, customer sentiment measurement, review distribution, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
How SPJIMR students benefit from FeedCheck
In July 2024, FeedCheck launched an educational programme to promote learning through hands-on experience with real-world data. As part of this initiative, all SPJIMR students receive complimentary access to FeedCheck’s review management software.
