SPJIMR Participants and Alumni Among the Top 100 Unstoppable B School Leaders 2026 |
|
|
|
|
What does it take to stand out among the country’s top B school talent? For four SPJIMR achievers, it has meant consistency, competitive excellence and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
Three SPJIMR participants from the PGDM Class of 2026, Kushagr Sharma, Ayushi Thakur and Akash Sarkar, and PGDM Class of 2026 alumnus Eshan Sharma have earned a place among Unstop’s Top 100 Unstoppable B School Leaders 2026.
The recognition honours students for their cumulative performance across business school and corporate competitions during the academic year, recognising those who have consistently distinguished themselves across competitive platforms.
The current B school trio has represented SPJIMR on national case competition platforms, and in one instance, pulled off a win against the odds.

Beyond the Rigour of SPJIMR’s Academic Excellence |

|
Beyond the rigour of SPJIMR’s academic excellence lies the stirring of souls, towards creating a better tomorrow for underprivileged children in Mumbai’s K West Ward (Andheri and surrounding areas).
Through its internationally acclaimed Abhyudaya programme, first year PGDM students step beyond the classroom to mentor these children, engaging with them consistently and developing leadership skills along the way. As the students grow through the experience, the children blossom too, gaining confidence, nurturing aspirations and finding the courage to look beyond the roots of poverty.
Alfiya Shaban Khan’s journey is one such story. She joined Abhyudaya in Class 6, studying in an Urdu medium school and growing up in a family that had recently migrated from a village to Mumbai. Financial and emotional challenges, along with family resistance to girls pursuing further education, often made continuing her studies uncertain.
With Abhyudaya’s support, Alfiya gradually found the confidence to dream bigger and pursue her education.
Today, she is a trained phlebotomist and is preparing for CAT, with aspirations of pursuing higher education and building a career that enables her to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
