SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year, full-time residential programme approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA and AMBA, UK. Financial Times Masters in Management (FT MiM) ranks SPJIMR # 1 in India and #40 globally for Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and its careers service is ranked amongst the top two in India and eighth globally.

Global Management Programme (GMP) is for participants aspiring to study abroad and launch their global careers. GMP partners with top-ranked management institutes across Europe, UK and US to offer a full-time international management programme.

SPJIMR’s  Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM) is an AICTE-approved alternate weekend programme, ideally suited for mid-career working executives who wish to pursue an MBA without taking a career break. PGPGM aims to shape leaders of tomorrow by layering functional knowledge with a general management perspective and strengthening critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Successful completion of the programme leads to the award of AICTE-approved diploma: “PGDM- Executive Management Programme”. The programme also has international accreditations  (AMBA and AACSB). PGPGM sessions are conducted at both the SPJIMR Mumbai and Delhi Campuses.

The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), approved by AICTE, is a doctoral-level programme of SPJIMR designed to create world-class researchers and faculty in various management disciplines. It encourages rigorous interdisciplinary research in contemporary areas of management and focuses on relevant and contextual research to address current business issues and aims to create knowledge that helps shape the world for a better future. The programme can be pursued in full-time and part-time mode depending on the flexibility and requirements of the candidate.

SPJIMR Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) PGDM (BM) is a two-year, full-time residential programme with a General Management focus designed on the pillars of the flagship programme PGDM.

SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular programme that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It helps high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience pursue formal management education without taking a career break. PGEMP is accredited by the AMBA (Association of MBAs) in the United Kingdom, reflecting the highest level of success in postgraduate business education. The programme accepts five cohorts every year and has successfully onboarded over 90 batches.

From Batch 2024, the Post Graduate Management Programme for Women (PGMPW) will be integrated with the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM). If you are a woman with a career break, we encourage you to apply through the “Restart” initiative of PGPM.

SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) is an 18-month AICTE-approved programme, ideal for working executives. The programme commences with an online module for 2 months, an on-campus residential module for 12 months, followed by 4 months of Industry and International Immersion. The programme is designed as a career accelerator for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of work experience and strong domain knowledge to move to expansive roles in general management. PGPM participants are provided with a solid foundation in management fundamentals in the first phase, followed by a deep dive into their chosen area of specialisation in the second phase. PGPM focuses on strong academic rigour and offers a wide range of electives. The diverse and extensive work experience of the participants results in enhanced classroom learning.

The Post Graduate Programme in Family Managed Business (PGPFMB) is an 18-month programme with sessions conducted for 6 days a month for 14 consecutive months. It also includes international immersion at a globally reputed partner school.

PGPDM is a 12- month modular programme, for professionals working in or intending to work for the social sector including NGOs, Foundations, CSR functions of corporate organisations, and social enterprises.

Post Graduate Programme in Marketing & Business Management (PGP-MBM) is a programme offered by SPJIMR, to prepare executives for a continuously evolving & disruptive business landscape. It is designed for high-performing junior & mid-level executives who wish to take up greater responsibilities within the marketing & sales functions of their organisations.
