SPJIMR has been ranked #8 globally and #2 in India by Financial Times Masters in Management, FT (MiM) 2023 Rankings, in the Career Services criteria, which measures the effectiveness of career services in supporting placements.
The PGDM-BM cohort will benefit from SPJIMR’s placement process and extensive list of top recruiters. With this new cohort joining the SPJIMR community, recruiters will have a larger and more diverse pool to choose from when visiting campus to hire from the two-year full-time programmes.
The placement process happens in 2 cycles Autumns Internship (July) and Final Placements (January). Autumns Internship (Autumns) is a SPJIMR first initiative launched to generate greater placement opportunities for the participants. The number of pre-placement offers (PPOs) and pre-placement interviews (PPIs) as an outcome of the autumn internship have consistently been more than 40 % over the years.

Simulated workshops and sessions to prepare the participants for a wide range of interview questions and GD topics.

Faculty, experts and alumni mentor the participants to be industry ready.
