Overview

SPJIMR’s Global Management Programme (GMP) is for participants aspiring to do Masters abroad and launch their global careers. GMP partners with top-ranked management institutes across Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada to offer full-time international (MBA) management programmes. The programme intakes two cohorts every year in January and June and allows students to study in Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada. The participants complete their first semester, which is for 6 months, at SPJIMR, where they learn the fundamentals of general management and much more. The international partner schools accept the credits earned here towards completing the Global MBA/MS degree. GMP’s 600+ alumni in leadership positions worldwide affirm that a Master’s in Global Business Management develops participants for leadership roles in global businesses.

Industry connect

International partner schools offer a range of industry engagements, including the mandatory company-linked master thesis; international internships; consulting assignments; industry need-based research projects, developing entrepreneurial ventures, industry projects to earn Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and company visits with access to highly-restricted partner facilities like UPS, Walmart Distribution Center, and Performance Team in Los Angeles. These engagements are customised to align participants’ education with their career aspirations, enhance corporate acceptance and lead to global job opportunities.

Student experiences
