Ritu Sajnani is presently working as a Senior Legal Counsel with Coinswitch, a leading crypto exchange in India. She is a dynamic professional with around a decade of PQE, including in top corporates like Reliance Industries and NSE, and Tier-1 law firms like AZB and CAM, where she has also been instrumental in setting up the Fintech practice. She has handled multiple roles of Regulatory, M&A, Compliance, General Corporate, and Fintech and advised clients on a wide range of matters, including cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance issues.
