Ratika Gore teaches Business Communication, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Digital Marketing courses. She is pursuing a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, with a research focus on Online User Behaviour. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai (SPJIMR), and an international diploma from Cambridge University, UK.

She has over 16 years of experience as an industry practitioner before joining academics in 2013.  In her stint in the industry, she spearheaded critical roles and responsibilities in running businesses across varied geographies, including Southeast Asia, Europe, and US. She later pursued an interest in teaching and is an accomplished certified coach, consultant, and advisor to several organisations. Her research interests are anchored on topics including User Behaviour and Social Networking Sites, with her research contribution published at tier 1 international conference.

She was also part of the research team, in collaboration with FICCI-FLO Mumbai, that presented a white paper on ‘women entrepreneurs in India’ to the government advisory agency ‘Niti Aayog’. She often writes for business publications and speaks at industry events. She has led administrative leadership roles in Executive Management Programme, Alumni Relations, Industry Integration and Student Career Development at SPJIMR.
