SPJIMR’s project management course will introduce you to the tools and techniques used for comprehensive project management. Participants can develop the conceptual, analytical, and decision-making skills needed to successfully develop, launch, and manage projects. Through a mix of videos, assessments, and hands-on activities, the course will help you understand how to deal with projects from start to end.

Dr. Jyoti Jagasia

Associate Professor, Information Management & Analytics
Director – Digital Infrastructure

Dr. Jyoti Jagasia is a faculty in Information Management at SPJIMR and has a strong teaching interest in ‘Digital Transformation using Cloud, AI, and Machine Learning. She holds a Ph.D. from the Birla Institute of Technology and her doctoral research focused on Software Systems.

Prior to joining academics in 2008, she worked in the industry for 20 years with leading roles in e-learning and R&D in the training & education industry in India. She has made notable intellectual contributions through journal publications, book, and book chapters as well as a range of articles published in periodicals.

  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) or Diploma (10+2+3) or Integrated Master’s Degree (10+2+5) and relevant work experience of a minimum of 3 years are eligible to apply.
  • The selection will be based on the candidate’s profile evaluation, subject to meeting eligibility
    criteria. The final selection of participants will be solely done by SPJIMR
  • Working professionals interested in pursuing a career in project management
  • Any professional seeking to understand how project management techniques work
  • Gain comprehensive and contemporary knowledge of project management skillsets and competencies
  • Recognise the various entities of project management
  • Learn to apply different project management techniques
  • Understand the interrelationships among the diverse factors that affect the project lifecycle

Evaluation

  • There are periodic evaluations built in throughout the duration of the course. These may be in the form of a quiz, assignments / Projects, Main Business Plan, case study or other objective/subjective assessment. The evaluations are designed to ensure continuous student engagement with the course and encourage practical learning. Students who successfully clear the same along with the requisite attendance criteria will be awarded a Certificate from SPJIMR as appropriate.

Certification

  • Participants who successfully meet the evaluation criteria and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria, will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Completion’
  • Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a ‘Certificate of Participation.
  • Successful participants will also be accorded SPJIMR Executive Alumni Status.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the successful completion of the programme.
