Dr. Mihir Ajgaonkar

Associate Professor and Chair Organisation & Leadership Studies

Dr. Mihir Ajgaonkar has obtained a Ph.D. from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, with a focus on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. He has completed Certification in Intervention for Strategic HRM & Change, from Ross Business School, University of Michigan.

He holds a professional experience of 36 years, with 28 years in the industry and 8 years in academics.  During his career in the industry, he led senior HR roles in eminent organizations within the hospitality, IT and Consulting, Construction Equipment, Financial Services, Heavy Engineering, Defense, and Power sectors.
