The Center will focus on the following three areas with the aim to transform organizations:
- What are the insights & practices that wisdom traditions, both from East and West, can offer for leadership development?
- What are the new leadership skills required in these changing times?
- What can we learn from wise (and not so wise) leaders across history?
In all these areas, the Center will leverage technology to explore new forms of learning and practices for organizations. We indeed believe that technology can be a powerful enabler for building new habits and ways of being. For example, by designing wisdom-based leadership simulations to foster ethical judgment and decision making; creating mobile applications for contemplative practices; using digital platforms to keep the learning alive after or between series of seminars or training.
