SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM) is an AICTE-approved alternate weekend programme, ideally suited for mid-career working executives who wish to pursue an MBA without taking a career break. Our world-class faculty deploy a unique application-oriented pedagogy that relates the weekend’s classroom activities and assignments to the programme participant’s immediate work activities during the week. In addition, the stimulating and small-sized classroom discussions with a motivated cohort expose participants to a broad range of perspectives, roles, and opportunities. As a result, programme participants maximise new learning while excelling in their day jobs and expanding their professional network. Participants are awarded the AICTE-approved diploma, “PGDM – Executive Management Programme”, on successfully completing the programme.
