SPJIMR’s Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), is full-time doctoral-level programme designed to develop high caliber researchers and faculty in various management disciplines. This fully-funded programme is approved by AICTE. It focuses on relevant and contextual research to address current business issues. It is designed for people who want to solve real-world problems through research and have a desire to teach. The rigorous methodology and practice-oriented research are the programme’s key differentiators. FPM fellows also benefit from SPJIMR’s supportive research environment and extensive industry network.
FPM aims to develop world-class academic researchers and thought leaders to conduct industry-relevant research that addresses real-world issues. The programme is aligned with the following competency goals:
The curriculum, designed as per international standards, offers an optimum mix of research methods and domain-specific courses. Scholars are encouraged to pursue research questions that solve industry and society problems.
The scholars have the flexibility to choose their guide/advisor as well as get the opportunity to conduct multidisciplinary research.
A fully-funded programme FPM offers a monthly stipend, generous research grants and contingency allowances at par with the best management institutes.
