Programme
To be eligible, an applicant has to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (10+2+3) from a recognized university. Students in the final year of graduation can also apply. SPJIMR accepts CAT 2020 and GMAT scores (of last 3 years) as well. A total of 36 seats above the sanctioned intake are available for PIOs/OCIs and foreign nationals.
The fee for the Class of 2020-22 for international students is USD 39,840. (This fee includes tuition fee, hostel/ accommodation and global fast track. It does not include cost of travel, boarding, lodging, visa, insurance and incidentals for Global Fast Track and placement fees). This fee is subject to revision.
No, work experience is not mandatory for applying to this programme.
The intake of PGDM programme is 240. An additional 36 seats have been sanctioned for PIO/OCI and Foreign Nationals. The maximum total intake of the program is up to 276 seats.
SPJIMR only accepts GMAT and CAT scores.

The application fee payable is 1500 INR. This fee can be paid through credit card or net banking

In the process, the profile of candidates is assessed as and when the applications are submitted. Candidates are assessed on the basis of their intellectual readiness (academics) and also on emotional readiness. Emotional readiness includes work experience, extra-curricular activities and aptitude for and befitting the Institute’s mission of value-based leadership.
We request the candidates to apply as soon as they are ready. This would help accelerate the entire selection process and release the final list of candidates at the earliest.

Miscellaneous
In the second year of the programme, a scholarship of INR 200,000 (about USD 3,000) is granted to the top 30 students, to cover expenses for international exchange.
Several independent organisations offer international scholarships to citizens of select countries. Examples of these organisations can be provided on request.
