Programme Overview 

Developing and growing the team is one of the most important activities that a manager can perform.

Constructive feedback can be critical for the development of a team member.  It helps clarify expectations, reinforce positive behavior, correct any negative performance and ensure a strong culture in a team. However, giving and facilitating constructive feedback can be difficult and managers need to develop this skill.

Managers need to also be able to coach and mentor their team members and help them get a deeper understanding of their motivations and potential. A good coach can help create support structures and increase accountability of the member, so that they stay motivated, work on their gap areas and remain focused on their goals.

This course will help managers be natural coaches and mentors to their team members and keeping them effective and motivated.
