His remarkable efforts have led to the rehabilitation of around 100 dogs, many of whom now enjoy permanent, loving homes where they can thrive.

Collaborating with local shelters and two dedicated rescue organizations, Soum focuses on the most challenging cases those often deemed hopeless by others. His journey includes continuous training and periodic certifications, ensuring he has the skills to address these dogs' complex needs.

Soum's mission began after volunteering at shelter homes, where he witnessed the heartbreaking number of dogs being euthanized many of whom could have been saved. This realization ignited his passion for rescuing and rehabilitating FAS dogs, and over nearly a decade, he has tirelessly worked to give these animals a second chance at life.
