Message from Alumni Relations office

Hello Friends,

Thank you for the overwhelming response on the announcement of my new role of heading the Alumni Relations office. Thank you Ratika and Aditi before her, for setting up a strong foundation for Alumni Relations.

We will continue building on the multiple initiatives taken in the past and explore further avenues to engage. I will be reaching out soon to each city council to discuss and curate these avenues.

I have also been tasked with setting up a Development Office which most top schools have been running for several years. We have been able to swell Dr Manesh Shrikant Scholarship Fund for Abhyudaya Sitaras to over ₹22 lacs from the ₹5 lacs donated from his estate.

We are now 12000+ alumni with an annual increase expected of 700+. The portal has over 500 job postings with 3000+ applications.

Looking forward to working together to take Alumni relations to a new high.

Abbas

This is the first-ever weekend program offered by SPJIMR Mumbai and fills a significant quality gap in the executive education space.

The objective of the PGP-GM programme is to create versatile professionals with a strong functional foundation and a general management perspective. The alternate weekend structure built around application-centric assignments, facilitates continuous learning and allows participants to immediately apply classroom learnings to their own contexts. This format will be especially suitable to functional specialists working in the IT, BFSI, retail, consulting and consumer goods sectors, who wish to upskill to leasdership roles without taking leave from work.
