Fellow Programme Mangement (FPM) |

SPJIMR recently inaugurated the 9th batch of its Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at the SPJIMR campus.
This program combines rigorous research methods with a practical orientation to address pressing business challenges, offering participants the advantage of conducting research in Mumbai, India's business capital. The inaugural ceremony commenced with the auspicious ritual of lighting the lamp. Dr. Snehal Shah, Associate Dean of Academic & Research, welcomed the new batch with an inspirational speech, offering valuable perspectives on research that integrates rigor and relevance. Dr. Bikramjit Ray Chaudhuri, the Programme Chairperson, provided insights into the program, highlighting its unique features and anticipated learning outcomes, and sharing tips for a successful and transformative research journey.
During the inauguration, participants were introduced to the institute’s faculty members, existing FPM scholars, and professionals who will support and guide them throughout their academic journey. |

Abhyudaya Sitara - Dr. Nafisa Dhanani shares her journey! |
|
|
|
|
Sitara Nafisa Dhanani has completed her Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). She finds herself immersed in the enriching experience of internships under the guidance of esteemed practitioners.
Nafisa started her journey with Abhyudaya in 2011. As an Urdu medium student, she encountered challenges in mastering English, a language essential for professional growth.
She has recently completed her BHMS and now, she is doing a part-time internship at Asher Homoeopathic Clinic, to further enhance her skills and understanding of homoeopathic practices.

The LiFE (Ladies in Family Enterprise) programme is one-of-a-kind experiential programme offered by SPJIMR’s Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship (CFBE) – the pioneer in family business and entrepreneurship education in India. LiFE programme is curated to help women of business families explore her own role in the family business or start a new entrepreneurial venture supported by her family and networks. The end goal of the programme is to build the knowledge and skills needed to run a business and to build confidence and empower women in family businesses who have never taken initiatives in their family businesses.
The programme focuses on key aspects starting with developing entrepreneurial mindset, understanding customers, introduction to finance, use of technology in business and other topics helping the women to understand
