Hastantaran 2024: Celestial Connections |

|
Hastantaran 2024, themed "Celestial Connections," celebrated the deep bonds forged between second-year PGDM participants and their Sitaras over the past year. As each participant and their Sitara prepare for a journey of personal growth and learning, the event marked a significant transition for Sitaras from their former mentors to new ones.
Reflecting on his experience, Swapneel, a PGP2 mentor, described Abhyudaya as life-changing. "I've learned so much from my mentee and her family," he shared. Sakina Jabir Khan, his mentee, added, "Swapneel bhaiya taught me about leadership and helped me with my studies. While I'll miss seeing him monthly, I'm eager to meet my new mentor."
The stage lit up with energetic dances and soulful songs performed by Sitaras and PGDM participants alike. A panel discussion allowed second-year PGDM participants and Sitaras to share their Abhyudaya experiences, addressing concerns and inspiring first-year participants.
The highlight of Hastantaran 2024 was the eagerly anticipated first mentor-mentee meeting. Sitaras awaited their 'Didis' and 'Bhaiyas' with anticipation and hope. This moment signified a heartfelt transition from their previous mentors to new ones. The event concluded with ice-breaking activities and team-building exercises, fostering connections through shared stories, aspirations, and expectations.
