Assessment
and Development of Managerial Potential (ADMAP): It is a unique program
where participants participate in the actual functions of theinstitute,
own up the process of learning and 'learn by doing' or 'by observing',
theoretical inputs and byworking on projects. It is based on 'doing-observing-feedbackreflecting-
integrating- application' process.
Gita Shibir: Lectures on Gita equips the participant with the mental
strength required to handle the managerial positions with ease. The program
encompasses lectures on the essence of Karma Yoga and its applications
to the current managerial practices.
