Experience, it is said, is the path to knowledge, and it is this diversity in experience that sets apart the 56 participants of the batch of 2008-09. With the average experience of 5 years, the participants bring together under one roof, a vast pool of knowledge providing an excellent insight into the various industries they represent and a forum for sharing the same. The participants, many with several years of international work experience come from 43 leading companies, resulting in a talent pool well aware of the business dynamism in different sectors across the globe.

Small size of the batch gives participants the opportunity to really know their classmates and their professors and to develop lasting relationships. A tailored curriculum based on the desired role and domain helps each participant to map their learning to their focused career plan. Each participant gets groomed for leadership readiness in the industry. Each participant is provided personalized leadership training with a view towards practicality and reality. The faculty of the institute involved with this programme bring with them diverse academic background and invaluable industry experience. Eminent guest lecturers from the industry also visit the institute frequently to interact with the participants. They provide deep insight into the business environment and valuable management learning from their rich experiences. The batch of 56 participants consists of 34 in the Information Management stream and 22 in the Operations Management stream.
