Admission & Selection Process
To apply, you need to submit the following along with the application form:-
- Forwarding letter in the format given in the application form, duly signed by the head of corporate HR of your organisation. This letter is mandatory for all applicants
- Complete employment proof - attested copies by gazetted officer (Relieving letters from previous employers and offer / promotion letter from present employer)
- Complete educational proof - attested copies by gazetted officer (Marksheets and passing certificates of X, XII, Graduation, Post Graduation etc)
Our selection process lays considerable emphasis on the ability of the candidate to put in time and effort for this programme, his/her managerial aptitude as well as maturity, ethics and values. Candidates are put through the following:
- Personal interview
- Group Discussion
- Psychometric Evaluation
- IQ Test
