The participants coming from varied backgrounds bring together under one roof, vast knowledge from the various industries they represent. Exposure to best practices in the industry instills in the participants the necessary skills to cater to all the segments of a business's value chain.

A tailored curriculum based on the desired role and domain helps each participant map their learning to their focused career plan. Eminent guest lecturers from the industry also visit the institute frequently to interact with the participants. They provide deep insight into the business environment and provide valuable management learning.
