Placement Process

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) has consistently maintained a hundred percent recruitment record, and takes pride in the fact that its students have consistently exceeded expectations of recruiters.

PGDM placements at SPJIMR consist of the following:

• Autumns Placements (July-Aug each year)
  
• Higher Than Entry Level Placements or Lateral Placements (Dec-Jan each year)
  
• Final Placements (Feb-March each year)

For each of these processes, the following procedure is adopted:

• Confirmation of participation in Placements Process by the Company
  
• Pre-Placement Talks by Company representatives
  
• Applications from SPJIMR participants and Shortlists
  
• Group Discussions/Interviews
  
• Job Offers and Acceptances

Placement Cell (PGDM)

The PGDM Placement Cell at SPJIMR facilitates the recruitment process by setting the policies for placement and managing the various stages of interaction between the participants of the 2 year PGDM course and prospective employers.
