Admissions Process

Applications are to be made online only. The Application processing fee is Rs.1000 and can be paid by Credit Card or Demand Draft favouring 'S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research'. The draft should be sent to the Admissions Coordinator. Payment can also be made at cash collection counters.

Selection Process:

Test score: CAT 2007 or XAT 2008 or GMAT (taken in 2007).

This year SPJIMR will have the interview process scheduled during December 2007 through March 2008. Since the interviews commence before the CAT2007/XAT2008 results are declared, the short listing for the first round of interview will be on the basis of academic performance, versatility in extra-curricular activities and relevant work experience. Candidates who clear the first round will appear for a second round on the same day. However, the minimum score required to get the final offer is 85 percentile in CAT2007/XAT2008 or a score of 680 in GMAT taken in 2007.

Interviews before the declaration of CAT results will be held in Mumbai only. Interviews after the CAT results will be held at other locations too, which will be announced shortly.

Please note: All admissions to SPJIMR are strictly on merit basis. There is no management quota. The entire admission process is on qualification basis and no intervention is possible. DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY to people promising you admission at SPJIMR. Please bring such claimants to our notice for strict action.

Fee Structure

Program fee is Rs. 4 lakhs (for PGDM 2007-2009). Fees for PGDM 2008-2010 will be announced shortly.

Financing

Banks like SBI, Corporation Bank & Union Bank of India provide loan based on the offer letter given by SPJIMR. SBI is also running a Scholar Scheme, under which they are providing educational loan to SPJIMR students without any guarantor or collateral.
