‘Sadbhavana’ - Celebrating Gandhi JayantiWeek

To mark Gandhi Jayanti, the NIE event management team organised an event under ADMAP programme. The event - “Visiting the Gandhian Thought” was held as a part of Sadbhavana paying homage to one of the greatest visionaries and mass-movers who lived on this planet.

The programme was a synthesis of music, panel discussion and a collection of short videos on Gandhiji, whose ideas and principles have fascinated management practitioners across the globe. The discussion touched on various dimensions of Gandhian ideas such as trusteeship, non-violence, civil disobedience, etc and extrapolated their relevance in today'sworld. The programme also included renditions of Gandhi bhajans along with instrumental songs/music pieces on the violin and keyboard. Hon. Dean, Dr. Shrikant, Director Dr. Sesha Iyer and faculty members graced the occasion.
